Who is Andrzej Pilat ?

Physiotherapist. Specialist in Manual Therapy .

Where do you currently work?

Director of  Escuela de Terapias Miofascials Tupimek, Madrid Spain. Professor of graduate and master's degree in Manual Therapy and Myofascial Induction in several countries.

How did you become a physiotherapist ?

Physiotherapy interested me because offer the possibility of a comprehensive study on the human body. Also being able to have a direct contact with the patient in the therapeutic process.

Why the interest in manual terapy ?

I had the opportunity to participate in a team work with manual therapists. Subsequently, the opportunity to learn with teachers as Cyriax, Maitland, McKenzie, Upledger, Caltenborn, Mulligan; meeting their clinical reasoning taught me that the most powerful therapeutic tool is the hand.

What are the jobs / work experiences most significant for you ?

Learning draws from every experience. Teaching and answering questions from students about aspects that I never imagined existed.

Why did you choose to be a trainer in Bwizer ?

Because of the seriousness of the institution.

What are the benefits of the Myofascial Induction : Structural Techniques course that you teach in Bwizer ?

The ability to apply treatments from pediatric to geriatric patients. A noninvasive and intuitive method. What you learn in the course , can be used immediately in clinical work. The whole person: the main objective of the work is always present.

A curiosity about yourself That has nothing to do with your professional occupation ?

 Passion for photography .

 A tip or an inspiration sentence for those who would follow your footsteps ?

A quote from Buckminster Fuller :
